John Burge tortured over 200 criminals between 1972 to 1991. He ordered his detective squad to shoot 2 innocent black men. Gerald Schaefer was convicted of convicted of more than 20 murderers. He either lured girls into his car, arresting them for no reason and would then kill them. Antoinette Frank committed armed robbery of a restaurant in 1994. Antoinette shot and killed 2 members of the family running the restaurant. Stephanie Lazarus killed her ex-boyfriend’s new wife, Sherri Rasmussen. She had only set out to rob Sherri’s BMW, however when she was seen by Sherri, she shot her numerous times. Johnathan Garcia was arrested for illegal trafficking and stealing cash and drugs from raids. He also sold heroin, often in uniform and in broad daylight. Drew Peterson killed all 4 of his wives. Other police officers began to suspect that Drew had something to do with the disappearances of his wives after the 4th one disappeared. William Leasure committed every crime from murder to theft. He was corrupt and would take bribes to look past major criminal behaviour. He was also a contract killer and made thousands of dollars from these hits. He also masterminded a hatch theft ring in Newport beach.
