When he arrived, he had to arrest Abner Louima, a 26 year old Haitian man. While arresting him, Justin pulled Abner into a bathroom and assaulted him with a broomstick. John Burge tortured over 200 criminals between 1972 to 1991. He ordered his detective squad to shoot 2 innocent black men. Gerald Schaefer was convicted of convicted of more than 20 murderers.
